Your first appointment runs about 90 minutes. We'll start with a conversation — your health history, what brought you in, and what you're hoping to address. That intake shapes everything that follows, so it's worth the time.

Treatment follows in the same session. Most people are surprised by how little they feel; acupuncture needles are roughly the width of a human hair. The session is deeply relaxing and some fall asleep. Expect to feel euphoric and rejuvenated!
